IPS Group aids Skanska-Vinci at HallandsasIPS Group and Skanska-Vinci joined forces in 2005 for the Hallandsas project, an extremely challenging undertaking, involving state of the art equipment and techniques. The demanding nature of the work and the complex geological conditions have combined to cause many headaches, both for the management of the joint venture, and the TBM manufacturer. To this day, IPS Group is providing specialist personnel to the project. These dedicated people are employed in key and responsible positions throughout the tunnel environment, with the aim of translating management solutions into practical actions. The IPS Group is always on hand to assist with finding the correct person for any vacant position, and we pride ourselves on delivering a reliable and successful service to Skanska-Vinci, with whom we have developed a good and ongoing working relationship. The IPS Group philosophy of constant improvement is applied strenuously to the Hallandsas project, where we appreciate that the tremendous challenges facing the joint venture can change on a daily basis.
