GIA Swedvent fans for ChinaThe new generation of Swedvent fans features improved silencers filled with processed mineral wool to reduce high frequency sounds. The results are dramatic over the whole range, with noise reductions of at least 3 dBA bringing even the 500 kW fan below 85 dBA at 7 m. In addition, the dynamically balanced impeller is designed to eliminate turbulence, and the blades can be individually adjusted to different tunnel conditions.Orders for more than 30 Swedvent ventilation fans and ducting have been received from Chinese contractors for tunnels in China and Vietnam.
