Fiscal-Balopur tunnel refurbishment approved The provisional plan for the improvement of the Fiscal-Balupor tunnel section of the N-260, Pyrenean axis, in the Spanish province of Huesca has received government approval. The plan includes construction of a new single-tube, two-way, 1,630 m-long tunnel bypassing the eastern part of the Janov gorge. It will now be put up for public consultation.
