Excavation of the western section of the M4 completed

On the 10^th of July 2019 a second TBM arrived at Parco Solari station in Milan. Thus completing the excavation of the tunnels from San Cristoforo to Solari, part of the western section of Line 4 of the Milan underground.

For the rest of this month a bridge crane will be assembled, inside the station. This will be used for the dismantling of TBMs involved in the construction of the West Section and later on to dismantle the TBM creating the Center Section.
