Espoo metro extension funded On 01.04.2011 Lansimetro of Finland signed a 30 year loan agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) to fund the EUR800 million, 13.9 km-long Westmetro project from Helsinki (Ruoholahti) to Espoo (Matinkyla).
