On the 20^th February 2017, a ceremony for the launching of the first CREG TBM to start work was held in Tel Aviv in Israel. There were more than 300 guests including Israel’s minister of transport and the Chinese ambassador as guests of honour. Tel Aviv will be building seven light rail lines in order to reduce traffic congestion. CREG has signed a contract to supply 6 EPB TBMs for the red line.
