Breakthrough at Poggioreale for the Naples metro Line 1

At the end of March 2021 the TBM Adriana (diameter 7 m) reached the future Poggioreale station on the Naples metro Line 1. The TBM will be disassembled and returned to Capodichino, where it will begin to tunnel again at a 40 m depth, this will be the second 1 km tube.
