Bauma Mining Reflects Dynamism of Mining and Tunnelling SectorsFrom 29th March to 4th April 2004, 514 manufacturers out of a total of over 2,740 companies from 48 countries exhibited their mining and tunnelling machinery and equipment at Bauma Mining in Munich, Germany. The space dedicated to Bauma Mining in the giant showcase totalled 14,000 square metres out of 495,000 sq m. The proportion of foreign (non-German) exhibitors reached 52%. Bauma is the world's biggest trade fair for construction machinery and equipment and building material machines.
