We don’t take this responsibility lightly; and during this crisis, this has not changed. MineARC Systems will strive to support you - our clients – and our stakeholders around the world, while remaining vigilant of changing conditions and adhering to government and health organisation guidance.

Although our staff are scattered with many working from home, they are still working hard; ensuring we service you the best we can.
The company has implemented several precautionary measures to protect our employees and minimise disruptions to our clients. By reshaping the way we provide support and services, we can continue to meet your safety needs while also accommodating the latest restrictions.
Some of the changes we have implemented which will affect the service we provide to you include:
• Implementing additional online and phone support to guide sites through troubleshooting, maintenance and further queries
• Establishing online assets such as training videos and materials to assist staff in general maintenance
• Continuing to service at local sites wherever possible, while remaining in accordance with government guidelines
• Fast-tracking development of our Service App, to further assist sites that we can no longer get to
• Working closely with all suppliers to ensure our supply chain is intact and stock levels can meet customer demand
• Maintaining stringent sanitation practices across all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure all products are safe
• Engaging with our community across digital platforms
Please note that due to a recent high demand for our EnviroLAV Toilet System, there may be a small delay in manufacturing time for new orders whilst we work to ramp up production.
It is also a good opportunity to consider having any unloved chambers refurbished. With some of our Service Technicians grounded, we have the capacity to conduct refurbishments at a much faster rate; getting them operational and back onsite quickly. To our friends in the resource and construction sections, we have your backs and are here to help.
As we navigate the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we will endeavour to keep our community informed of any relevant changes, provide expert advice and the highest quality support. Safety will continue to underline all that we do.
