There have been ten offers for the design and construction of the 13.2 km Struma motorway in the 23.6 km section between Kresna and Krupnik, through the Kresna Gorge (Lot 3.2.1). The Lot 3.2.1 includes 3 tunnels Simitli (211 m), Rakitna (1 135 m) and Stara Kresna (1 052 m).

The open offers for lot 3.2.1 in the order of their entry into the registers of the Road Infrastructure Agency, are:

-Daygu - Via Plan Struma 2018, with participants: Duiigu Mouchendislik Inshad Tourism Dash Tizzharet Ve Santai Ltd Sirketi and Via-Plan;

-Euro-Expert-Stroy, including Hydrostroy, Infra Expert and Euro Alliance Tuneli;

-GBS-Infrastructural Construction;

-South Corridor 3.2.1, with participants: Dawsh Instatt Tijareet JSC, Avtomagistrali Hemus and Transconsult-22;

-European Roads 3.2.1, with participants: DJI Group and Logistica 21;

-Geostru Struma 3.2.1, which includes: Geostroy, Patstroy 92, Bias-M and Ilia Bourda;

-Consortium InterBG, with participants: PST Group, Private joint-stock ,company Construction Association Interbudmontaze, BG Lend Cosmark and Coopex & Co;

-TTBG 3.2.1. DZZD, in which are Todini Costruzioni  Generale SPA and Todini Bulgaria;

-United AM Struma South West, with participants: Trees Group Hold and Alve Consult;

-Appo Lot 3.2.1, in which are: "Groma Hold, European Roads, Water Construction – Blagoevgrad, Patproekt and Vahostav.
