Project overall route length of 13.4 km is split into two stages. First stage is construction of 3.9 km-long Deo Ca tunnel through Dai Lanh mountain to connect central provinces of Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa costing EUR560 million under BOT agreement funded in part by EUR143.5 million from Vietnam JSC Bank for Industry and Trade, Vietinbank.
