On the 01.02.2018 the Municipality of Kocaeli (Turkey)
pre-qualified 15 consortia for a contract to build the 15.6 km-long fully
automated metro line for Gebze district in Istanbul , which will be almost 50
km long . The line will be with 12 stations and 14.7 km underground. Seven of
these companies will receive the qualification in a 40 day period and go
through to the second phase in the second half of March.
The vehicle depot and control center will be made in the
