The JV Cobra/Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios/Atil Cobra secured the EUR18.8 million contract, VAT included, for safety equipment in the 33 tunnels on 437.6 km Torrejon de Velasco-Motilla del Palancar-Valencia/Albacete section of AV Madrid-Castiglia La Mancia-Comunití Valenciana-Murcia line. In the Cabrera tunnel (7,250 m), in addition to the general protections, it will study emergency exits, fire extinguishers and hydrants, detection of fires, emergency lighting and ventilation.
