The JV Vias y Construcciones, Torrescamara and Vimac secured the EUR123.25 million contract, duration 34 months, for civil works on the right-hand track of the 9.1 km Prado-Porto section, including the 7.6 km Prado tunnel, plus half of bypasses for the left-hand track, and both tracks of the 1.71 km tunnel at Corga de Vela.
