Astaldi Group (99,9%) and Ghella (0,01%) have been awarded the EUR 139 million contract for the construction design and building by TBM of a 1.5 km tunnel, under the River to link road to the islands of Uznam and Wolin to Swinoujscie. The contract includes the construction of a 860 m cut-and-cover tunnel, the installation of all E&M systems and related works. The works will be financed using European Union and state funding for the Municipality of Swinoujscie. The planned duration of works is 48 months.
