Elter pocketed a EUR17.9 million contract from the Ministry of land planning, environment and public works to build the Achyra dam and relevant works in Aitoloakarnania prefecture. The project includes a 2,081 m water intake tunnel, 767 m of which has already been excavated and 143 m already lined under previous contracts.
