The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset
Development Fund (HRADF) decided that seven investment schemes are prequalified
to participate in phase B of the tender for the Egnatia Odos motorway (in
alphabetical order):

The award of the services concession contract for the
financing, operation, maintenance and commercial exploitation of Egnatia Odos
and three vertical axes to the Preferred Investor is for a maximum period of up
to 40 years.
Egnatia Odos is a motorway that has been already built and
in operation, with a fully controlled access dual carriageway facility, 658 km
long, stretching from Igoumenitsa in the Prefecture of Thesprotia (north-west
coast of Greece), to Kipi in the Prefecture of Evros (at the border with
Turkey). The three vertical road axes, 225 km long in total, are fully
controlled access facilities that link the Egnatia Odos with the neighboring
