Negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, deadline 12/03/2025, for design part 2 (SH2) of Helsinki's P1 Port Tunnel alliance. The P1 Port Tunnel will be implemented as a project alliance, the service provider parties of which will be procured in three separate procurements: 1) Design Procurement 1 (SH1), 2) Design Procurement 2 (SH2), 3) Contractor Procurement (TH). The estimated value of the entire project is EUR 200 - 300 million.
In Design Procurement 2, a service provider will be procured to be responsible for performing the following implementation planning tasks of the project alliance: main building technical design, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) design, automation design and electrical design.
