JP Ceste FBiH received nine bids from local and international companies for construction of 902 m-long Karaula tunnel with 418 m-long emergency tunnel on M-18, together with 1,133 m of highway. The companies are Integral Inzenjering (Bosnia Herzegovina), Hidroelektra Niskogradnka (Croatia), Aktor (Greece), JV Euro-Asfalt & GP ŽGP (Bosnia Herzegovina), Skladgradnja (Croatia), Strabag AG (Austria), Viadukt (Croatia), Sinohydro Corporation Ltd (China) - Predstavnistvo Beograd (Serbia), OHL ZS a.s.
