SECO – Technisch bureau voor het Bouwwezen CVBA of Brussels secured the contract for technical inspection and testing services for the combined Oosterweel link, the completion of the Antwerp Ring (R1), including the tunnel under the Scheldt . The technical inspection carried out by the awarded company aims to reduce insurance risks of disturbances to the controlled work, covering decennial liability of the founders. The audit mainly concerns the stability and durability of the works and the waterproofing.
