PassiveTec® awarded Heathrow contract

The PassiveTec® range of high performance fire protection panels, jointly owned by PFP Fire Systems and Sheffield Insulations Group, has won the supply contract for the refurbishing of both bores of the main tunnel and for the airside cargo tunnel at Heathrow Airport. The project is due for completion towards the end of 2016 and is part of a significant upgrade of infrastructure and fire safety at Heathrow, Europe's busiest airport.
