The dimensions of the Stad ship tunnel are massive with a height of 50 m and a width of 36 m, in a length of 1,700 m. In total, more than three million cubic meters of solid rock must be removed from the tunnel. The Coastal Administration and the municipalities of Stad, Kinn and Vanylven have now agreed on a priority list of which business initiatives can receive rock masses from the Stad ship tunnel.
