Chile’s priorities have not changed, and remain: the railway corridor Paranagua-Antofagasta linking Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina and Chile; the binational 14 km-long Tunel de Aguas Negras in the Coquimbo Region at 3,500 m asl; and improvement of the Cristo Redentor border crossing system between Chile and Argentina.
