The Regional Connector Transit Project in Los Angeles’ TBM Angeli, began its drive for the  second of two tunnels. The TBM was reassembled at the Little Tokyo/Arts District Station, engineers repaired and recalibrated the machine, and have started tunnelling westward below 2nd St. Angeli will continue tunnelling and muck hauling for the next five months.
