Italian company Todini secured contract 3 for construction of the four-lane motorway from Liakhvi to Ruisi (km 85+850 - km 94+531). Contract duration 24 months, value EUR56 million. The 3 km alignment includes an 11 m-diameter twin tube tunnel, each with two lanes, 800 m-long. The contract is part of the upgrading of a 14.7 km section of E-60 Sveneti-Ruisi highway.
