NTA Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd is an Israeli government owned company in charge of the design and construction of the mass transit system in Tel Aviv metropolitan area, Israel. The red line – a  23 km-long Line is the first to be implemented, and includes a central 8.2 km-long section of bored underground tunnels. The green line – a 35 km-long line is the second to be implemented, and includes a central 6 km-long section of  bored underground tunnels . NTA wishes to appoint a design build contractor(s) for the TBM bored tunnels for both lines.
