On 25.03.2013 TBM Phyllis reached the south end of the new Crossrail Bond Street western ticket hall at Davies Street, having constructed 2,000 tunnel rings and completed 3.2 km of new tunnels. The TBM is one of eight constructing 42 km of tunnels between Royal Oak in west London and Woolwich in southeast London. TBM Ada will reach the new Bond Street station later in the spring.
