Higher costs for Blanka tunnel in PragueSaturday 15.10.2011 was open day at Blanka road tunnel, part of the northwest section of the Prague ring road in the Czech Republic. The construction cost is 28 percent higher than originally estimated due to a series of problems, including three collapses.
