The Board of Directors of Datwyler Holding Inc. has appointed Torsten Maschke to the new CEO of the Sealing Solutions division and made him a member of the Executive Management. The 47-year-old German will take over the management of the division from Dirk Lambrecht as per 1 October 2016. Dirk Lambrecht will become the new CEO of the Datwyler Group as from 1 January 2017. Paul Hälg, the previous CEO, will be proposed to the General Assembly for election as President of the Board of Directors in March 2017.
