Ceresola TLS
Ceresola TLS (Tunnel Lining Systems) has established a centre of excellence for tunnel lining systems at Magden, Switzerland, a short distance from Basel on the E60 motorway. Products and services include: tunnel formwork systems; segment moulds and precast concrete segment production plants; and steel support systems for excavations.
Ongoing product development is at the core of Ceresola TLS existence, ensuring that clients get only the best of current knowledge and accumulated experience.

Ceresola TLS supplies individually-designed or standardized tunnel formwork systems in steel, or combined with timber, for use in vaults, full-round, inverts, soffits, suspended slabs, niches, and cross passages, together with outside and counter formwork. Reinforcement, profiling and membrane gantries are also produced.

Ceresola TLS machined steel segment moulds conform to the highest specifications in terms of both dimensional tolerance and ease of use. Specialist engineers assist the client in implementing the most economic concept. For mass production applications, fully-automated carousels can be supplied, together with handling equipment for de-moulding, lifting, turning, rotation and movement of segments.

Rolled steel arches, lattice girders, open web girders, crown mesh, backfill mesh are also supplied, together with lagging, anchor, liner and crown plates.

Ceresola TLS also produces microsegments to a standardized pattern suited to small diameter tunnels for cables, sewage and wastewater. These can be designed for all construction stages from temporary installation to one-pass, corrosion-resistant final lining.
