Regeneration of Bentonite Slurries
AKW bentonite mud regeneration plants are an essential requirement for slurry TBM operation. Slurry cleaning can be carried out in up to four stages using screens, hydrocyclones, centrifuges and filter presses.
It is also possible to regenerate bentonite slurry with just one separation stage using the latest AKW patented, computer controlled Bentonit 2000 hydrocyclone plant. This performs at the optimum operation point under all feed conditions, making maximum use of the installed equipment.
Ore and Mineral Treatment
AKW designs and constructs processing plants for industrial minerals such as kaolin, feldspar, and glass and foundry sands. The company offers an extensive range of equipment developed for the wet-mill separation process, such as hydrocyclones, heavy-duty treatment thickeners, washing drums, and machines for attrition and ancillary processes.

AKW
supplies mobile and stationary treatment plants for soil washing, residual
matter, water sediment, waste process water, and biological wastewater.
All of this equipment can be delivered as individual items or entire plants,
which can be stationary, containerised, in saddle supports, or mounted
on rolling frames.

or at the client's location; consultancy on problem situations; basic
