EBP Schweiz AG afrom Zurich secured the EUR1,42 million contract, excluding VAT, for the study including the feasibility evaluation and the overall cost estimate for the direct railway link between Rupperswil (Aarau)–Altstetten (Zurich), which includes a 28km tunnel. This project is an alternative to the project involving two tunnels Chestenberg (Rupperswil (Aarau) – Mellingen) and Honeret (Altstetten/Zurich and Mellingen.
