Postponed from 19.06.2013 to 15.07.2013 the deadline of the negotiated invitation to tender for the excavation by hard rock shielded TBMs of the 19 km-long twin-tube rail tunnels between km 2.3 near Oslo S in the north, to km 21.3 close to the new Ski station in the south (contract 3).
