The consortium of China State Construction International Holdings Limited (CSCI) affiliated to China Overseas Holding Ltd (COHL) has been awarded the Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin (TKO-LT) Tunnel project in Hong Kong with the contract value of HK$8.73 billion.
