The JV Porr-Hinteregger-Condotte-Itinera from Vienna secured
the EUR966.06 million contract, excluding VAT, for the construction lot H51
Pfons Brenner on the Austrian side of the Brenner Base Tunnel project. The
contract includes the conventional excavation of a safety tunnel towards the
North up to the 22km point and towards the South to the border at 32.1 km. Also part of the tender
is the conventional excavation at Wolf of an emergency stop with associated
works and communication point at St. Jodok. The mechanized excavation of the
main tubes towards the north to the 13.5
km point and towards the South at the Brenner-Austria/Italy Border at 32.1 km
