Aguas Argentinas has engaged Brown & Root to provide technical, cost and programme services for design and construction of an 8 km-long, 3.3 m-diameter sewer tunnel on the eastern border of the city and an optional 7 km-long sea outfall tunnel into the 40 km wide River Plate between Argentina and Uruguay.
